Education Bachelor Degree In Nursing with QCHP Licence or Qatar Prometric and Dataflow required minimum 7-8 years experienceAge : 30 to 40 Yrs1.Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.2.Periodical site monitoring for ensuring implementation of procedures and systems to provide safe and secure job site.3.Participate with Emergency Preparedness, Response and mock drills.4.Conduct periodical inspection with first aid boxes provided by Subcontractors. 5.Attend or guide accident/incident investigation in the area of injuries or health issues.6.Handle site emergencies and if required send the victim to Hospital for further medical follow up and assist according to the severity.7.Coordinate with Subcontractors to address health issues.8.Attend weekly HSE Coordination meeting with Subcontractors9.Attend camp audit with Subcontractors.10.Conduct health surveillance to all project employees and coach all employees on occupational illnesses and mitigate controls11.Ensure appropriate medicines are available and maintain an accurate inventory.12.Ensure Ambulance and other medical equipment are ready for emergency.13.Conduct periodical inspection with Ambulance.14.Participate with internal and external Audit process.15.Conduct refresher training on basic first aid to employees.16.Ensure that Bio Medical waste is disposed as per norms.17.Heat stress Management Programme conducted in various locations18.Perform other safety tasks assigned by the HSE Manager.Contact INTERNATIONAL RECRUITERS
