Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to fabricate metal components and parts according to precise specifications. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure the accurate and efficient production of high-quality components for various industrial applications.Job Responsibilities:Operate milling machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing metal work pieces according to precise engineering drawings and specifications.Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on the milling machines to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.Interpret and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to set up the milling machines and select the appropriate tools and materials for each project.Collaborate closely with the production team to understand project requirements, timelines, and specific tasks, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the manufacturing process.Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel and equipment in the manufacturing facility.Monitor the milling process to ensure the accurate dimensions, surface quality, and overall integrity of the fabricated components, making necessary adjustments as required.Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely repairs and minimizing potential production delays or hazards.Maintain detailed records of production activities, including work logs, material usage, and any incidents or challenges encountered during the milling process.

< Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.< Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.< Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function< Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines< Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications< Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts< Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result< Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly< Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality< Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools< Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings< Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM< Mechanical aptitude and good math skills< A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach< Good communication abilities< High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
