Job Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team for a significant project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the loader efficiently and safely, adhering to all project guidelines and safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, along with a keen sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Job Responsibilities:Operate the loader in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety guidelines and company protocols.Perform daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the loader to ensure its optimal functioning.Load and unload materials, such as dirt, rocks, sand, and other construction materials, as required by the project.Transport materials within the construction site and assist with various tasks as directed by the supervisor.Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by the project manager or site supervisor.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loader and its immediate surroundings.Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.Work closely with the ground personnel and other team members to ensure smooth operations on the site.Adhere to all environmental and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and awareness among the team.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Valid certification as a Loader Operator from a recognized institution.Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.Strong understanding of loader controls, functions, and components.Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical documents.Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under varying weather conditions.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
