As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the hotel run smoothly while providing excellent service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff: Oversee the hotel staff, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.- Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.- Room Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff on customer service and hotel policies, helping them improve their skills and performance.- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.- Budget Management: Assist in managing the hotel budget, tracking expenses, and finding ways to improve cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.Required Skills and Expectations:You should have 3 to 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a diverse team. You must be customer-focused, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact. Proficiency in German and English is required, and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also expected in this role.
