Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in plant management and commercial products supply chain. Proven leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including production, logistics, and distribution. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving operational excellence.
