We are looking for Lift Technician Posts in Mohali, Punjab, Chandigarh with deep knowledge in Elevator / Lift Installer ,Servicing & Call back ./ Required Educational Qualification is : 12th + I.T.I. Bike & DL Mandatory.

Job Description - Ensure the safety, discipline and culture of the organization is maintained. Erection of lifts referring to the approved layouts. Template preparation. Mechanical completion Cabling and all wiring related works Mechanical adjustments. Clearance of all stages of the in-process check chart in 1st inspections. Audit rating of completed units - No of units scored more than 95% audit during handover/No of units handed over Productivity - No of units completed against the target Any other works assigned by reporting officers from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:- Installation: Install lift systems according to specifications and safety standards.- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair faults for optimal lift performance.- Testing: Perform testing, commissioning, and pre-commissioning checks, resolve malfunctions, and oversee the installation process until handover..

Installation: Planning, laying out, and installing lifts, escalators, and other equipment Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to ensure public safety Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues Inspection: Performing technical inspections of equipment and systems Training: Providing field training and developing instructional programs Freeing people: Freeing people who become trapped in lifts

Ensure that break downs are attended to efficiently and effectively. Capable of handling minor repairs. Responsible for ordering the requirement of spare parts well in time to zone in-charge. To ensure implementation of corrective and preventive action plan based on monthly statistical report of call-backs. Elevators & escalators under portfolio should run with zero or minimum breakdowns.
