We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical installation projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, ensuring that electrical systems are installed and maintained efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The Electrical Supervisor should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.Job Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting regular performance evaluations.Technical expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry, including the ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Compliance: Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations to ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry best practices.Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the installation or maintenance process.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients. Ability to provide clear instructions and report project progress to management.Time management: Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage work schedules, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.
