This full-time position requires a strong commitment to promoting healthy eating and providing individualized dietary counsel.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Nutritional Assessments: Evaluate patients' nutritional needs through interviews and assessments to create personalized diet plans.- Develop Meal Plans: Design and implement dietary programs tailored to individual preferences, health conditions, and nutritional goals.- Provide Nutritional Education: Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal preparation, and lifestyle choices to promote long-term health.- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and track patients progress, adjusting diet plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and shared dietary information.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to explain complex dietary concepts clearly.
