A diploma or certification in HSE is often sufficient for entry-level roles.Certifications (Highly Preferred or Mandatory):NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or Diploma.IOSH Managing Safely or Working Safely.OSHA 30-Hour General Industry or Construction Safety Certification (US-focused).ISO 14001 or 45001 Lead Auditor certification for environmental/safety management.First Aid/CPR certification and fire safety training.Experience: 35+ years in HSE roles, preferably in a relevant industry. Entry-level positions may accept 12 years with strong certifications.
