As a Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and providing exceptional service at the sales counter. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a positive first impression and welcoming atmosphere.Assist customers in selecting products, providing information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.Process customer purchases, including handling cash transactions, credit card payments, and issuing receipts accurately.Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and readily accessible to customers.Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products available for sale, including their features, uses, and benefits, to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.Recommend complementary products or alternatives to customers based on their preferences and needs.Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, promote special offers, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and store operations.Requirements:Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role within a store or sales environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
