The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the site activities, ensuring the project progresses according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the construction site for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC works.Oversee the implementation of project plans, including drawings, specifications, and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all engineering disciplines are integrated into the project.Ensure that construction work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to workers on-site.Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor for various aspects of the project.Prepare and submit regular reports on progress, issues, and delays.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC systems on-site.Work with the project team to monitor and control project costs and schedules.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in site engineering for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC projects.

As a Mining Engineer, your role will involve planning, designing, and supervising mining operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:- **Mining Operations Planning**: Develop plans for mining operations, considering factors like resource availability, technology, and equipment to maximize productivity.- **Site Assessment**: Conduct assessments of potential mining sites to evaluate the feasibility and environmental impact of extraction processes.- **Designing Mines**: Create detailed designs for underground and surface mines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.- **Supervising Mining Operations**: Oversee daily mining activities, coordinating with workers and ensuring that projects progress on schedule.- **Safety Management**: Implement safety protocols to protect workers and minimize environmental risks, conducting regular safety audits and training.- **Collaboration**: Work with geologists, environmental specialists, and equipment operators to optimize mining processes and resolve issues.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mining Engineering. A strong understanding of mining laws and safety regulations is essential. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
