Provide senior medical leadership within a multidisciplinary team delivering care to children and young people with mental health needs across Southend, Essex, and Thurrock (SET). Work directly with young patients and their families, liaising with external mental health providers and acute hospitals as necessary. Contribute to service development, treatment strategies, and care models. Participate in an on-call rota with a 2% on-call supplement.
