As a Computer Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that computer systems and processes operate smoothly. Your main focus will be managing and monitoring computer systems, assisting in data entry, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Computer Systems: Regularly check the performance and status of computer systems to ensure they are running effectively. - Data Entry and Management: Enter data accurately into databases and ensure that information is organized and up-to-date. - Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve basic technical problems with computer hardware and software, seeking help if necessary. - Maintain Documentation: Keep logs of system performance, data entry processes, and any issues encountered for future reference. - Assist Users: Provide support to team members and users by answering questions and offering help with computer-related tasks.
