Key responsibilities:1. Supervise construction activities on-site: As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on the site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.2. Coordinate with site workers and subcontractors: You will need to communicate effectively with site workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.3. Monitor safety protocols: Safety is a top priority on any construction site. You will be required to ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe work environment for all workers.4. Maintain quality control: You will be responsible for inspecting work progress and ensuring that quality standards are met for all construction activities.5. Keep track of project timelines: It is essential to monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.Required skills and expectations:- A diploma in civil engineering or a related field is required.- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, with at least 3-9 years of experience in construction supervision.- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with site workers and subcontractors.- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality control throughout the construction process.- Strong organizational skills to track project timelines and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
