The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and be ready to work full time from the office. Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, and resources needed to ensure successful project completion.- Design Management: Create and manage designs for various infrastructure projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, and in compliance with regulations.- Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions to maintain quality and adhere to timelines.- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned and progressing smoothly.- Quality Control: Establish quality standards and perform inspections to guarantee all materials and work meet pre-defined guidelines and specifications.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in civil engineering principles and practices.
