- Oversee and Manage the Deployment of Labour On-site to Meet Project Needs.- Ensure Effective Allocation and Supervision of Labour and Maintain Quality of Work to Maintain Productivity and Adhere to Project Timelines.- Coordinate with Contractor , Architect, Site Engineer and Owners to Understand Project Requirements as Necessary.- Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Work Standards.

Determining the time constraints to complete the job.Identifying the raw material and manpower required.Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.Managing daily activities on the site.Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.
