We are looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree in a related field. This role involves managing costs and ensuring the effective financial management of construction projects.CERTIFICATIONS: -NICMAR,RICS, BHADANIS ,IIT TRAINING CERTIFICATE PREFERREDKey Responsibilities:- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates of project costs by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate budgeting.- Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by evaluating subcontractor bids and ensuring that contracts are properly awarded to the most suitable firms.- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and track budgets throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial limits.- Valuation Reporting: Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and provide accurate valuation reports to reflect completed work and any associated costs.- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports that outline project costs, forecasts, and any discrepancies to maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and calculations.
