The Coordinator Support ensures the efficient management of operations and finances while supporting the development of the project. S.he works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.The Coordinator Support is responsible for:- Human Resources- Manage and follow up on national contracts.- Support recruitment of local applicants.- Oversee visa processes for international volunteers Administration- Verify bills to ensure compliance with organizational policies.- Coordinate and gather information for accreditation purposes.- Participate in regular reporting and document updates.- Implement and monitor safety measures at centers.- Finance- Assist with monthly budgeting and support budget validation.- Handle bookkeeping, expense control, and financial reporting.- Reconcile expenses, transfers, and bank accounts.- Collaborate with the Global finance team for budget follow-ups.Benefits:- Salary : 20 000 INR/month before taxes through bank transfer (not negotiable).
