Shrinking transistor dimensions allows for increased transistor density and improved device performance. However, as transistor sizes approach their physical limits, alternative design and manufacturing techniques such as nanoscale technologies and 3D integration are being explored to further enhance the capabilities of VLSI systems.Additionally, VLSI design is closely tied with related fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT). The growing demand for AI and IoT applications is pushing the development of VLSI systems that can support the processing and connectivity requirements of these technologies.

As a Technical Application Specialist you are a member of the IT Team. This team is responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of all IT related systems within company . You will also play an active role in this. In addition, with your specific knowledge you will be the driving force in setting up Azure Cloud systems, both for our international customers and for our employees in the Netherlands and Malaysia. Think of interfaces with our spreaders and other software or hardware on the Cloud environment, but also custom web portals and user or BI functionality. In addition, you are able to work on scripts within various software applications such as Isah (ERP system) and Autodesk Inventor (CAD) to automate process steps. Knowledge of the operation of databases: SQL, stored procedures and triggers are indispensable in your work. Job Description :1. Work closely with Marketing, QA, R&D and Production teams on design/development of new parts, products, tooling, jig and fixtures.2. Review all tool designs for part manufacturability and minimization of quality issues.3. Recommend purchase of equipment and materials for new product projects. Work to ensure Machinery is been properly taken care and prevention of machinery downtime.4. Plan, coordinate, support and monitor fabrication and testing processes to ensure timely completion of projects or tasks.5. Troubleshooting and recommend engineering changes on existing tools for improvement in quality and sustainability.6. Supervise and provide Hand-on assistance to Tool Makers in their day-to-day tasks.7. Identify and implement performance and maintenance efficiency improvement.8. Good experience in DFM and tooling design. 9. Familiar with 2D and 3D CAD design drawing.10. Fully understand the planning and basic requirement before tool fabrication, and after tool fabrication.11. Good communication skill to work with factory level and support customer.Qualification:1.Must have prior management experience in an engineering environment, preferably metal stamping industry.2.Basic understanding of metal stamping is needed . 3.Basic skillset in handling conventional machining, EDM or Wire cut is preferred
