We are looking for a dedicated Logistic Coordinator to manage and streamline our logistics operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and between 5 to 11 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:- Coordination of Shipments: Organize and oversee the scheduling of shipments to ensure timely deliveries and efficient transportation methods.- Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available and properly recorded for operational efficiency.- Supplier Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies.- Documentation Handling: Prepare and manage necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance the efficiency of operations while reducing costs.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and logistics tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders, including suppliers and team members. The individual should be proficient in logistics software and tools, showcasing analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Job Purpose:To Supervise the Movement of the Petroleum Product Transport Fleet and Monitor Drivers and Vehicles to Ensure Efficient and Safe Transport Operations According to Approved Operational Plans.Job Duties:Monitor the Movement of Trucks, Drivers, and Daily Trips.Supervise the Implementation of Operational Plans and Coordinate Between Drivers and Management.Monitor Vehicle Readiness and Routine and Emergency Maintenance.Monitor Drivers' Compliance with Regulations, Instructions, and Safety Procedures.Maintain Vehicle and Driver Documentation and Permits.Address Operational Issues and Submit Periodic Reports to Management.Contribute to Improving Operational Efficiency and Minimizing Downtime and Disruptions.Requirements:Experience in Transportation Management, Logistics, or Logistics.Ability to Supervise Drivers and Organize Operational Processes.Good Communication, Coordination, and Reporting Skills.Salary - Depends On the Interview
