K9HR SOLUTIONS Is Looking For Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG (Snacks) As Follows:
o Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 Sales Representatives within a
designated geographical zone (., North Gujarat Zone).
o Drive the achievement of zonal sales targets through effective team
management and field support.
o Conduct regular field visits with Sales Representatives to provide coaching,
monitor performance, and understand market realities.
o Assist in developing and implementing zonal sales strategies and promotional
activities.
o Consolidate and analyze sales data, market feedback, and competitor
information from the zone; report findings to the Sales Lead.
o Ensure team adherence to sales processes, reporting standards, and CRM
usage.
o Help resolve escalated issues from semi-wholesalers or within the sales team.
o Assist in territory planning and performance reviews for Sales
Representatives.
o Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.
Required Profile:
o Type: Strong leader, motivator, analytical thinker, problem-solver, excellent
coach, process-oriented. Deep understanding of FMCG sales and distribution,
particularly channel management. Ability to interpret sales data.
o Experience Needed: 4-6 years of total sales experience, with at least 1-2
years in a team handling or supervisory role within FMCG. Proven track
record of achieving sales targets and managing a field sales team. Experience
in the Snacks category or similar impulse-purchase categories is a strong
advantage.
o Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
o Location: Must be based within the assigned zone in Gujarat and willing to
travel extensively within it.
