objective of the role:
the telecalling executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to generate qualified leads and create interest in the company��s products or services. this is a non-sales, lead-generation-focused role, where the executive��s primary goal is to engage with prospects, share information, and collect accurate contact and interest details for further follow-up by the sales team.
key responsibilities:
lead generation & customer interaction
make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
introduce the company��s offerings clearly and confidently to individuals (students, parents, professionals, etc.).
generate interest and collect essential details (name, contact number, location, product interest).
handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads where applicable.
lead data collection & reporting
ensure that all leads collected are genuine, complete, and accurate.
maintain proper documentation of every call and update lead details in the system or tracker.
submit daily and weekly reports on lead generation and call outcomes to the reporting manager.
communication & brand representation
represent the company professionally and maintain a courteous tone during all customer interactions.
provide accurate information and address basic queries regarding the company��s products or services.
follow the communication script and guidelines provided to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
target achievement
meet daily and weekly lead generation targets as assigned.
ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and suitable for follow-up by the sales or counseling team.
other requirements:
good communication and interpersonal skills (in local language, english, or hindi as applicable).
comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
basic understanding of lead tracking and reporting tools (excel or crm preferred).
self-motivated and target-driven approach.
prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
performance target:
per day target: 20-25 qualified leads or bookings.
