Job Description

- Initiate calls to potential and existing clientssuch as workshops, dealers, fleet operatorsto introduce lubricant and chemical products, respond to their inquiries, and convert interest into confirmed orders.

- Understand and explain product formulations, applications, and performance benefits. Offer tailored recommendations based on clients requirements in automotive, industrial or marine segments.

- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, client follow-ups, and responding to inbound inquiries. Maintain and update customer contact details, call logs, and project statuses in CRM.

- Drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets. Accurately log orders, prepare quotations, process payments, and coordinate with dispatch or logistics teams.

- Build long-term customer relationships through regular check-ins, product updates, and service follow-ups. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities for related chemical products or high-performance lubricants.

- Track key performance indicators (calls made, conversion rates, order values). Generate and present weekly or monthly reports to management. Offer insights on customer preferences and competitor activities.

- Handle grievances related to product performance, delivery, or billing with a calm yet proactive approachensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor competitor product launches, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends in the lubricant/chemicals industry. Relay actionable insights to marketing and product teams for strategic positioning.

- Coordinate with field sales, marketing, technical, and logistics teams. Align calls and promotions with ongoing campaigns or new product launches to maximize uptake.
