Job Purpose: To manage a team of tele-callers and their supervisors to ensure quality met appointments are generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
1. Recruitment of quality telemarketing executives.
2. Monitor retention percentage on regular basis.
3. Ensure maximization of number of appointments made through tele-calling.
4. Report Weekly / Monthly MIS to the Branch Manager and address concerns raised.
5. Liaising between sales and marketing team.
6. Handling the team of Tele Marketing Executive and Tele Marketing Supervisor.
