key responsibilities:

 make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and generate sales

 understand customer requirements and suggest suitable agro-products and solutions

 follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales effectively

 maintain and update customer database (crm or excel) with accurate information

 handle customer queries, explain product details, offers, and pricing

 coordinate with field sales staff for order processing and delivery follow-up

 meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

 provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement
