Job Description

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting flight services, travel packages, and related offerings.

- Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the benefits of services and generate interest.

- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, booking procedures, and policies.

- Accurately record details of customer interactions, including feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.

- Maintain and update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy.

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for flight bookings and related services.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all customer interactions.
