Job Description

We are seeking a personable and articulate female Telecaller to join our team in Nashik. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to achieve specific objectives, such as [Clearly state the primary purpose - ., generating leads, promoting products/services, conducting surveys, providing customer support, following up on inquiries, or managing collections]. This role requires excellent communication skills, a clear and pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to effectively convey information and handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls: Initiate telephone calls to prospective or current customers based on provided leads or lists to achieve the defined targets.
