DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE TRAINEE: -
 Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with B TO C clients.
 Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue to aura earth retail.
 Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends. -monthly detailed report on market study( To research on scope of aura products in the current and future market).
 Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure long term partnerships.(development of new customers and to increase the sales turnover for aura products)
 Collaborating with cross functional teams, such as sales,marketing,and product development.
 Negotiating deals and agreements with clients/partners.
 Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
 Analyzing competitors and market landscape.
 Promote aura products like cosmetic items, essential oils, gift items etc. – through online.
 Plan and work on specific markets/customers/product line/volumes, to achieve the yearly business targets and vision of the company.
 Promote online business through aura website
 Employees need to travel in the case of any client visit/meetings.
