Job Title: Sales and Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue
Maintain strong client relationships & ensure repeat business
Follow up on leads, perform cold calling, and close deals
Vendor & Procurement Management:
Source and manage vendors for book printing & procurement
Negotiate for quality service at cost-effective rates
Event & Fair Sales Management:
Plan and execute book fairs, exhibitions, and educational events
Handle stall setup, visitor engagement, and sales operations
Coordinate event logistics and manage promotional materials
School & Field Sales Visits:
Conduct school visits to promote Bynaric's offerings
Demonstrate products to educators and build long-term partnerships
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
Maintain up-to-date inventory records
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
