Responsibilities
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable making dozens of reach-outs per day, qualifying prospects, generating interest and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.
Job Description:
— searching for and acquiring potential customers (focusing on such social media as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook);
— communicating with potential customers, identifying their needs, managing claims;
— scheduling online meetings and holding the together with the technical staff, handing over the clients in the Sale Accepted Lead (SAL) status to the business development manager;
— keeping a database of potential clients;
— searching for alternative client acquisition methods;
—competition market analysis.
Requirements:
— successful cases of client acquisition,
— understanding of the IT industry,
— solid writing skills in English, spoken business English no lower than B2,
— understanding the principles of sales funnels and lead generation framework (email marketing, LinkedIn marketing),
— experience with CRM.
