Responsibilities

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable making dozens of reach-outs per day, qualifying prospects, generating interest and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

Job Description:

searching for and acquiring potential customers (focusing on such social media as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook);

communicating with potential customers, identifying their needs, managing claims;

scheduling online meetings and holding the together with the technical staff, handing over the clients in the Sale Accepted Lead (SAL) status to the business development manager;

keeping a database of potential clients;

searching for alternative client acquisition methods;

competition market analysis.

Requirements:

successful cases of client acquisition,

understanding of the IT industry,

solid writing skills in English, spoken business English no lower than B2,

understanding the principles of sales funnels and lead generation framework (email marketing, LinkedIn marketing),

experience with CRM.
