Purchase Executive (Male)

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials (PVC, HDPE, copper, resins, etc.), tools, and consumables.

- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new vendors based on quality, cost, capacity, reliability, and lead time.

- Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent supply and favorable pricing.

- Analyze price trends and market conditions to optimize procurement strategies.

- Develop cost-saving initiatives without affecting quality or production timelines.

- Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that materials meet OMSREE PRODUCTS' standards.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records, supplier evaluations, contracts, and audit trails.

- Stay updated on material trends, pricing fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks.

- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions due to vendor or logistical issues.

- Work closely with production planning, design, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless operations.

- Generate MIS reports related to procurement performance, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
