### **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Project Manager** to lead the formation and management of high-performing teams across various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling project teams, defining roles, aligning resources, and ensuring smooth collaboration to meet project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Team Creation & Leadership**

* Identify project needs and define the skill sets required.

* Recruit, onboard, and structure project teams for optimal performance.

* Assign responsibilities and set clear expectations for team members.

* **Project Planning & Execution**

* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

* Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.

* Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and manage changes in scope or schedule.

* **Communication & Collaboration**

* Act as the central point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.

* Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team engagement and productivity.

* Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

* **Risk & Issue Management**

* Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Resolve conflicts or challenges within teams swiftly and effectively.

* **Performance Monitoring**

* Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.

* Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

### **Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

* 2+ years of proven experience in project management and team leadership.

* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

* Experience with project management tools (MS Office and Tally ERP 9 Etc.)

* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
