Responsibilities
Controlling project activities & managing the complete project management cycles entailing requirement gathering and final execution of the same. Preparation of flowchart, a checklist of all the activities at the site of different disciplines and monitoring the quality parameters by flowchart monitoring systems and finally integrating it to the billing systems and all the MIS. Reviewing the progress of the project on all aspects like material submittals, drawing and actual site construction with senior staff and taking necessary actions required to meet the project's schedule. Assist HOD in finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants. Collaborators, external suppliers & clients. Coordination with project manager and engineer for planning & coordination of site.
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of projects within the time & cost parameters and effective resources utilization to maximize the output.
Job Location : Mauritius.
Project Tenure :- 2 Years after that internal transfer
