Role Overview
A strategic and results-driven Sales Manager is required to lead, expand, and optimize sales operations in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build a strong sales team, and establish market presence both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify new markets, conduct competitor analysis, develop a roadmap for international growth.
Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen ties with key clients, suppliers, and distributors while negotiating contracts and pricing.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution.
Budget & Compliance: Develop and manage sales budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Sales Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor forecasts, and oversee MIS data updates.
