job description:

• conduct market research to identify opportunities for business

• contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

• communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property, build and develop customer relationships

• schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients

• ability to handle customer queries and grievances

• work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as quotation

• maintain and update customer databases
