- Process and record vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.

- Ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding accounts.

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances regularly.

- Maintain accurate financial records by entering daily financial transactions into the accounting system.

- Assist in the preparation of ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

- Monitor petty cash usage and maintain expense records.

- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to track the cost of sanitation products.

- Reconcile stock and product-related expenses with financial records.

- Support cost analysis and assist in budgeting for product procurement and distribution.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Support external auditors by preparing required documents.

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Generate reports on expenses, sales, and profitability of sanitation product lines.

- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with the sales and supply teams to ensure accuracy in client billing.

- Maintain electronic and paper financial records in an organized and accessible format.

- Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and operations departments to ensure alignment of financial data.

- Support internal initiatives aimed at improving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
