As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and analytical thinking. Your proficiency in spoken English will be key in providing a seamless experience for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international candidates with professionalism and courtesy.

2. Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and follow-up actions.

Salary- LPA(20 K In Hand)

Mode - Work From Office

Shift - US Shift, Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Cab Facility - Drop Facility

Skill - Excellent communication skills.

Qualification - Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills

Qualified Technical or Hotel Management Degrees are not eligible

Any BPO Experience with complete documents available will be an added advantage.
