Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and closing sales via phone, email, and online meetings. Youll play a crucial role in driving revenue and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and inbound leads

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads

Follow up on leads and conduct product demonstrations when needed

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for strategy alignment

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

13 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with CRM tools (., Salesforce, HubSpot)
