Job Description

key responsibilities:

 recruitment & on-boarding:

o manage end-to-end recruitment for head office, field teams, and branch outlets

o coordinate new hire on-boarding and ensure smooth induction across locations

 employee management & branch coordination:

o act as hr point-of-contact for all branches/outlets

o ensure consistent hr practices across locations

o conduct regular visits to outlets for employee interaction, grievance handling, and engagement

o monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline at all branches

 payroll & compliance:

o manage payroll processing for all employees

o ensure compliance with statutory labour laws (pf, esic, gratuity, shops & establishments act, etc.)

o maintain accurate employee records and documentation

 hr policies & reporting:

o implement hr policies across all branches/outlets

o generate monthly hr reports, attendance summaries, and attrition analysis

o coordinate with outlet managers for hr updates and staff requirements

 employee engagement & training:

o organize team-building activities and engagement programs across locations

o support training and development initiatives for staff skill enhancement
