Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Manager to join our fast-growing FMCG company in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field sales operations, supervising the sales team, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong retailer/distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Drive primary and secondary sales targets for FMCG products.
Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the management.
Recruit, train, and manage field sales representatives.
Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or territory management.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Varanasi and nearby regions.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
