Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and customer-focused Field Executive to manage and execute on-site tasks and facilitate seamless operations in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct interaction with clients, vendors, or specific locations to [mention primary purpose, ., deliver services, collect payments, verify documents, conduct surveys, provide technical support, manage sales follow-ups], ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Operations & Task Execution:
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc visits to client premises, vendor locations, or designated sites within the assigned territory.

For Sales/Business Development Support: Follow up on leads, collect necessary documents, conduct basic product demonstrations, support sales team in client onboarding.
For Service/Support: Provide on-site technical support, install/configure equipment, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, resolve customer service queries in person.
For Collections/Verification: Collect payments, outstanding dues, or necessary documents (KYC, application forms) from clients/vendors. Conduct physical verification of addresses or client details.
For Logistics/Delivery: Pick up and deliver documents, packages, or goods to designated locations in a timely and secure manner.
For Data Collection/Survey: Conduct surveys, gather market information, or collect data from various sources in the field.
Client/Stakeholder Interaction:
Interact professionally and courteously with clients, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders during field visits.
Address inquiries, provide necessary information, and resolve immediate concerns on-site or escalate them appropriately.
Maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in field operations.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all field visits, interactions, outcomes, and expenses using mobile applications or designated forms.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities, challenges encountered, and progress achieved to the reporting manager.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Coordination & Problem Solving:
Coordinate effectively with the back-office team, internal departments (., sales, operations, customer service), and dispatch for seamless execution of tasks.
Proactively identify and resolve minor issues or bottlenecks encountered during field visits.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures during all field activities.
Market Intelligence (if applicable):
Gather relevant market feedback, competitive information, or insights from the field during interactions.
