Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team at [Branded Retail Store]. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.

- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.

2. Sales and Merchandising:

- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.

3. Store Operations:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap.

- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and safety.

4. Teamwork and Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other CSAs and management team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

- Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.

Performance Metrics:

1. Sales growth and achievement of sales targets.

2. Customer satisfaction ratings.

3. Product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.

4. Store appearance and maintenance.

5. Teamwork and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
