successful launch of new products

managing dealers and distributors in the region assigned

retail operations, distribution & channel management

ensure effective distribution by: proper stock management, operations, strategies & inputs

sales planning and forecasting

team management

introducing and promoting cos products in the market

market intelligence - collection, collation, analysis etc.

local promotions and execution

periodic monitoring & reporting

developing growth strategies and plans.

managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

increasing client base.

having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
