we are looking for energetic and results-driven business executive development (bed) professionals to join our team. as a bed, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients (smes/msmes) to our online marketplace, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through effective b2b sales strategies.

key responsibilities:

�� identify and acquire new business opportunities by connecting with sme/msme clients.

�� present and promote company services (business listings, premium packages, digital visibility solutions).

�� conduct cold calls, field visits, and online demos to potential customers.

�� build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and upselling.

�� handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

�� maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using crm tools.

�� meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

�� provide market feedback to improve service offerings and user experience.

qualifications:

�� bachelor��s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

�� 0��3 years of experience in direct/b2b sales, field sales, or tele-sales (freshers welcome).

�� familiarity with digital sales, local businesses, or directory platforms like justdial, indiamart, or tradeindia is a plus.

�� excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

�� self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

�� basic knowledge of computers and crm software.
