job summary:

we are looking for energetic and results-driven business executive development (bed) professionals to join our team. as a bed, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients (smes/msmes) to our online marketplace, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through effective b2b sales strategies.

key responsibilities:

- identify and acquire new business opportunities by connecting with sme/msme clients.

- present and promote company services (business listings, premium packages, digital visibility solutions).

- conduct cold calls, field visits, and online demos to potential customers.

- build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and upselling.

- handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using crm tools.

- meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- provide market feedback to improve service offerings and user experience.

qualifications:

- bachelor-s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in direct/b2b sales, field sales, or tele-sales (freshers welcome).

- familiarity with digital sales, local businesses, or directory platforms like justdial, indiamart, or tradeindia is a plus.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

- basic knowledge of computers and crm software.
