Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Business Executive Development (BED) professionals to join our team. As a BED, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients (SMEs/MSMEs) to our online marketplace, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by connecting with SME/MSME clients.

- Present and promote company services (business listings, premium packages, digital visibility solutions).

- Conduct cold calls, field visits, and online demos to potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and upselling.

- Handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide market feedback to improve service offerings and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in direct/B2B sales, field sales, or tele-sales (Freshers welcome).

- Familiarity with digital sales, local businesses, or directory platforms like JustDial, IndiaMART, or TradeIndia is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
