Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Chandigarh

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be having a webinar and you will be responsible for generating revenue by implementing theoretical knowledge . You will connect with potential customers, schedule one-on-one meetings with them, and sell the courses offered by BYJU'S. The role will involve working 6 days a week (Monday would be an off) with strict targets and a focus on achieving set performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers and schedule one-on-one meetings with them

Generate revenue by selling courses offered by BYJU'S

Achieve set performance metrics and targets

Adhere to the sales process and quality standards

Provide regular feedback to the manager/trainer and HR team

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to work for 6 days a week (Monday would be an off)

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Strong commitment to achieving set targets and goals

Salary Range:

CTC : INR 7 LPA (4 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Inside Sales.
