JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development Associate POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK LOCATION: No.13, St. johns church road, Frazer town, Bangalore- 560005

POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Associate must be an energetic self-starter who

can quickly grasp a start-up companys vision, develop specific tactical plans, and begin

implementation upon appropriate approvals. The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop

a well-defined time management process to progress the vision of assigned leads and give the

deliverables on time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education in Engineering, business/marketing, with good knowledge relating to new business

development, marketing, and sales.

Student/Fresher in good standing progressing towards degree.

Responsibilities: Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set

goals and objectives. Identifying potential clients. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Willing to meet the client on requirement and follow up on regular basis. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing

sales data to inform or update marketing team lead. Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference products and other documents as

required. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Identify new business opportunities. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels

of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong organization and project management skills. Friendly and personable demeanour. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent presentation
