Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and provide prompt follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Maintain and update databases, records, and reports.
Draft and respond to emails with clarity and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support.
Assist the sales team with backend operations and support activities.
Perform general office management duties and documentation.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of client inquiries.
