responsible for region level sales forecasting.
market mapping, distribution expansion & management as per the market potential.
to implement & drive initiatives, establish new product categories like kitchen products
implement and organize new product launches, dealer meets & business conferences.
analysing the latest marketing trends, tracking competitor activities, and sharing the inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.
conduct product training for distributor and retailer sales staff.
responsible for inventory and co-ordinate with supply chain for timely delivery & to maintain stock. coordination with the service team for after-sales service.
training, retaining, grooming, and enhancing the productivity of sales team members.
