financial records maintenance: manage and maintain accurate financial records, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

financial reporting: prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide timely and accurate financial information.

budgeting and forecasting: collaborate with management to create budgets and financial forecasts to aid in strategic planning and resource allocation.

tax compliance: ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist in tax planning to optimize tax liabilities.

auditing: assist in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.

accounts payable and receivable: oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

financial analysis: conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

reconciliation: perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.

expense management: monitor and control expenses to maintain cost efficiency and financial stability.
