Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and journal entries
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time
Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables
Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and prepare MIS reports
Maintain records of purchases, sales, inventory, and expenses
Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for audits
Work closely with the production and operations team to track financial flows
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and industry norms
Use Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or any other accounting software
Prepare payroll and maintain employee-related financial data
Requirements:
/ / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
35 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a small-scale manufacturing or service industry
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation norms
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with inventory management and costing is a plus
